RESTORE is a concentrated magnesium spray designed for your night time wind-down and post-training recovery. Your body relies on magnesium for muscle comfort, relaxation, and nervous system support. The human body cannot produce magnesium, so we rely on external sources like food to maintain healthy levels. But because many modern diets fall short, magnesium oil offers a simple way to support your daily magnesium intake — helping promote relaxation, restful sleep, and muscle ease.
For the first week, apply to the soles of your feet only, then introduce to other areas as desired. A mild tingling or itch can be normal at first. If it feels too strong, apply our SMOOTH oil (or any lotion) prior.
