What makes Shiloh Oils different?
We formulate with nutrient-dense plant oils high in essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and naturally occurring vitamins, finished with actives chosen for retinol-like visible refinement. No dilution. No synthetic fragrance. No filler. Just concentrated, purposeful care.

Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Our blends are made with plant oils, essential oils, and naturally derived vitamin E (tocopherol). Any scent comes from the ingredients themselves.

Do you use synthetic fragrance?
Never. We keep fragrance honest and ingredient-led.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are intentionally minimalist and designed with skin compatibility in mind. Many sensitive customers tolerate them well, but every skin is unique. We recommend a patch test before first use, particularly if you’re reactive or allergy-prone.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.

How to Use

How do I apply the oils for best results?
Use on slightly damp skin after bathing. This helps the oils seal in hydration and improves slip and absorption. A little goes a long way.

How often should I use them?
Daily, or as needed. Consistency is where you’ll notice the most visible refinement.

Will oils clog pores?
We choose oils known for skin compatibility, such as jojoba and squalane. If you are breakout-prone, start slowly and use a smaller amount, then build as your skin adjusts.

Results

When will I see results?
Most people notice improved softness and hydration within the first few uses. More visible refinement, including smoother-looking texture and reduced dryness, typically develops over several weeks with consistent application.

Are results guaranteed?
We formulate for visible support and daily wearability, but individual results will vary based on skin type, routine, and consistency.

Ingredients & Safety

Are your products pregnancy-safe?
Some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
SMOOTH (Elasticity Oil) was created with pregnancy in mind and is formulated to be pregnancy-safe.

Do your products treat medical conditions?
Our products are cosmetic formulations intended to support the appearance of skin and hair. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store my oils?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Close tightly between uses to preserve aroma and integrity.

How long will my oil last once opened?
With correct storage, most blends are best used within 6–12 months after opening. Natural variation in scent or colour over time is normal.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery windows vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Can I return my product?
Every formula is crafted with care and intention, and we stand confidently behind them. For hygiene reasons, returns are limited to items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it with care.

Rich in linoleic + linolenic acids (omega-6/3), Carotenoids (pro-vitamin A), Tocopherols (vitamin E).

Argan

Improve the look of smoothness and softness.

Fatty acids + natural tocopherols (vitamin E), antioxidant support, dry-finish conditioning.

Bakuchiol

Retinol plant-derived alternative. Hydration support for a smooth, refined finish.

Oil-soluble skin-refining active used as a gentle retinol-alternative.

Sweet Almond

Softens textures and supports everyday comfort.

Oleic + linoleic fatty acids, emollient lipid support, smooth, cushiony slip.

Castor

Structural richness, cleanse, and long-wear conditioning.

High in ricinoleic acid, dense occlusive shine, ideal for targeted nourishment.

Jojoba

Balances and supports the skin barrier.

Wax ester–rich (sebum-mimicking), lightweight conditioning, naturally oxidation-stable.

Meadowfoam

Seals in moisture with a plush, long-wear softness.

Long-chain fatty acids, exceptional oxidative stability, smooth, protective feel.

Sqalane

Hydration support for a smooth, refined finish.

Skin-identical emollient, highly stable, silky “dry-oil” feel.

Sea Buckthorn

Supports visible glow and softens the look of dryness.

Carotenoids, omega-7 (palmitoleic acid) + omega fatty acids, naturally vivid, antioxidant-rich.

Fractionated Coconut

Moisturising slip that softens without residue.

Caprylic/capric triglycerides (MCTs), stable, fast-absorbing glide.

Vitamin E

Antioxidant that helps protect the formula from oxidation while supporting soft, conditioned skin.

Rich in tocopherols—stability + barrier-supporting nourishment.

Evening Primrose

Comforts stressed skin and reduces the look of dryness.

High in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), omega-6 rich, barrier-supportive lipids.

Olive
