BREATHE is a concentrated oil for the moments you want your breath to feel clearer and your chest to feel lighter. Crisp, cooling, essential oils create that open, steady-breath feeling. Fast-absorbing and gentle on skin, never heavy or greasy.
Warm 3–5 drops between palms and apply to chest + upper back. For night-time comfort, also apply to the soles of feet. Use as needed.

How we use it: Under the weather or not, we use it before a workout, before a run, and every night before bed. We also like to apply to the soles of feet and then cover with socks.
